Kari Lauritzen is a chef, gardener, and farmers market enthusiast based in Los Angeles, California. After working as a private chef for over ten years, Kari shifted her focus to project-based spaces, including cooking for retreats and teaching private cooking classes. Kari also guides home cooks toward a more peaceful relationship with food creating rituals and routines to support busy families.
Most recently, Kari created a podcast called “Food Friends” with her longtime friend and collaborator Sonya Sanford, where they explore the beauty of home cooking, share recipes, and more.
